It is still not to late to sign up for dance classes for 2016/2017 season! We are accepting new students until January 1, 2017. Visit us at the studio Monday- Friday 3:30-7:30pm.

We want to make sure that you love our studio before making the commitment.

Students may choose between Yearly, and Monthly payments.  Classes are enrolled for the Full school year starting September 12, 2016 – June 17, 2017.  There are 40 weeks in the dance school year.

To Register, we require a completed registration package:

  • Completed registration form
  • Completed automatic payment form (credit or debit)
  • First month payment due at registration
  • Registration fee $50
  • Total costume Fees for all non-competitive classes

Tuition Policies 2016-2017

 

Registration

A $50 per family is applied annually for each registration received. The registration fee is active for one full year, which includes both Fall/Winter and Summer sessions. The fee covers an online copy of the year-end show which can be shared with family and friends, insurance, and processing.

 

Tuition  

Tuition rates are based on a 40-week program and are not prorated for missed classes. Payments are divided into 10 equal monthly instalments due on the first of each month prior to service . Holiday and prescheduled studio closures are taken into account when tuition rates are figured. Tuition amounts will remain the same regardless of studio closures. Tuition payments are non-refundable. VISA, Master card, and Automatic Debit are accepted. Cash can be paid for yearly tuition only. Credit cards are required to hold a place in our classes.

Payment Policies

Lavrova Dance Complex requires that all SCHOOL YEAR students pay for their first and last month’s tuition at the time of registration. This is the September and June tuition for the upcoming season. June’s tuition is 100% non-refundable. Thereafter, tuition is due on the 1st of every month for the remaining 8 months, October – May. Tuition is a yearly sum divided into 10 equal monthly payments. Unpaid students will not be admitted into class. Tuition remains the same regardless of the number of weeks in a month or holidays. Tuition is non refundable, non transferable between dancers, and not credited due to missed or dropped classes. Dancers ARE permitted to transfer from one class to another without fees. Unpaid students will not be permitted to participate in any recitals. If you choose monthly payments, your credit card will be billed automatically on the 1st of the month. You are responsible for keeping your account current and updating your account information should your card be declined or your card expires. There will be a $25 charge to any declined credit cards, or debit cards. There will be a $15 late charge automatically added to accounts paid after the 10th of the month.

Cost of Costumes (non-competitive)

Payment for costumes is due at the time of registration (no exceptions). Payments are refundable up until November 1, 2016 in case of withdrawal. No refunds are given after November 1, 2016. Parents are responsible for  costume alterations costs if needed.

Please note that Intermediate Foundation- Advanced 2 ballet classes will have 2 dances in the year end showcase, which means they will have 2 different costumes. 

Kinder dance, Pre-Primary, Primary ballet- $75

Level 1 classes, & Grade 1-3 ballet- $85

Level 2 classes, & Grade 4-5 ballet- $100

Level 3 classes, & Inter. Foundation/Intermediate ballet- $110

Level 4 classes, & Advanced ballet level- $120

Tutu cost for Intermediate Foundation- Advanced 2 ballet- $140

Cost of Costumes (company classes)

Payment for costumes is due at the time of registration (no exceptions). Payments are refundable up until October 1, 2016 in case of withdrawal. No refunds are given after October 1, 2016. The cost includes alterations if needed.

Level 1 & 2- $110

Level 3 & 4- $130 (tutu- $150)

 

All tuition payments, costume charges, competition fees (if applicable), exam fees (if applicable), and registration are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
