Our First Steps program is really the beginning or introduction to dance. It’s geared towards students ages 3-6. Dancers begin basic technique using fun in their exercises, and begin their training with positioning, musicality, timing, and terminology. Classes offered consist of ballet, tap, acro, and jazz. All of these dances compliment each other, and help the individual to become a much stronger, flexible dancer, with great coordination and poise. The requirement for the First Steps program is at least one class per week. Taking more than one class a week promotes faster development of skills, and also develops a sense of fun with classmates.
